it's getting cold
it's getting cold. i still don't have a job. today i applied at trader joe's and some more coffee shops. the weather was relatively moderate. i enjoyed a relaxing ride while delivering resumes. took a few photos. mt. hood was in clear view. it's hard to get any clear photos. i love it here though i miss family and friends. the neighborhoods are incredibly dense, diverse and seemingly endless. there is always a deep wet smell of pine. it's very comforting. i'm not sure why. kyrbi and i have been on a health kick lately, trying to cut back on the alcohol along with eating a well balanced diet. it's been good. i feel even. nothing too exciting happening. just thought i'd try to give the people something to stare at for a second other than myspace.
interesting old theater in the hollywood district near trader joe's.

nice pics - i'm sure you'll get a job soon. yeah man i miss you a lot. how do you feel out in portland? i feel like staying here for a long time.. maybe for good. i want to see you so bad though. i think i'll probably come home within a year or so and i'll make a point of coming to portland. promise.
today i listened to minor threat and rancid. i got new tatami mats in my japanese room, so my house reeks of tatami. i also figured out how to play nes games on my ds so i've been playing double dragon and excite bike, trying to pass time until my hot date later today. i'm going to post about it later, she's in this really good ska band.
miss you brozy
Cold here too. Hope all is going ok for you both..
Yeah, everyone here misses you a lot too. It's not too cold here yet, getting chilly but not bad. We all went paint balling yesterday for Al's birthday, outdoors in the rain, in the woods and in a "speed" setting with stuff to hide behind -- it was a BLAST! Mandy never got shot once! Then of course we had our normal cook out, everyone hanging out kind of day...it was nice. Hope you guys are doing well. Love mommers
