a warm day.
friday while kyrb was at work i rode around the willamette river downtown and soaked up the sun. it was the first non overcast day. in contrast i guess kyrb's first day didn't go so well, but i'll let her post the sticky details later. tomorrow, tomorrow we move into our own space! we will be living with a woman named rebecca who was kind enough to let us rent her entire finished basement. we've been so claustrophobic living with five other people and i especially feel for kyrb because they all happen to be boys. last night we rode downtown to see our friend JB's studio and see mark's girlfriend's band play. it was a good time, jb's studio was amazing and had a great view of chinatown. it was also great to ride over the broadway bridge. it gave us a beuatiful view of the city at night. anyway we will post as soon as we get settled in our new place!

hey dude man. i saw sicko a couple of months ago and thats what completely cemeted me to vote for obama. i couldnt beleve what i saw. and then theres people like my mom and my sister that are convinced that socalized health care KILLS people. my dad had open heart surgery a few years ago and they say that socialized health care would have killed him because they would have made him wait 'til it was too late to have the operation completed. we are fed lies.
hilary clinton wanted to do this 15 years ago and no one would hear of it. evidently it would destroy our nation. i haven't had a physical or proper health attention since i was 10 because its been too goddamn expensive even when i was insured under my dad. and here i am now, 21 years of age and i can't afford minimum health care because it would take half of my pay check. thats tough when you only make like 10,000 a year. i sure as hell hope an alien isn't growing in my chest.
what a world. it fucking makes sense, so i guess thats why the american government won't comply. blah blah blah. but i hear you, brother. i was so fired up after i saw that movie. see you later.
love,
mar
